Thank you for your guidance in replacing our cushions for our sofa and chair which was under warranty with your company. We worked with Furniture Plus in Hudson New York and within less than 2 weeks we have the replacements and they look great. We appreciated the way we were treated both by your company and by Furniture Plus.

and no support in the seats how much longer do i have to wait? they said things were slow because of holidays when will they hear from you.

the manufacturer takes consumer inquiries seriously and responds in a quick manner. Dodson Furniture from what i heard is no longer in business, so that may be where your issue stalled. Try contacting the manufacturer directly at 423-626-5211. i am sure they can help you locate another dealer and service.
The store we bought them from Godby Furniture sent someone out to exam them and has ordered new couch and chair cushions. We are told the ottoman will have to go in for repair.
The set is still under warranty, but my question is what after a few months the same problem occurs??
This was not a cheap set. I have had furniture last 10 to 15 years without these issues.It was suggested to me, after the problem that it happens all the time?????? Does your company stand behind its brand??? I have a 5 year extended warranty for stains and springs, but I don't think the sagging cushions fit the description. When purchased the cushions were extremely firm. One reason I purchased them. Marion Poehler
