Do NOT order from this site as they CHARGE EXCESSIVE restocking fees for any reason at all.. NOT WORTH the savings as they don't really accept returns and refund you .... they either want to switch to another product or gouge you on a restocking fees.

    Douglas, you really have absolutely NO experience shopping online as I see. I have ordered from luxuryhomeoutlet 3 times, one of which I needed to return a delta faucet i had purchased. Not only are the sales people at luxury extremely kind, they are most helpful as well. I returned my faucet, with absolutely NO problem. And yes, they charge a restocking fee but if you have any experience shopping online you WOULD KNOW that EVERY WEBSITE, should it be clothing, or bath and tile products THAT ALL WEBSITES CHARGE RESTOCKING and SHIPPING fee's. Luxury outlet is selling their products DIRT cheap, do you have no common sense? They need to pay their employee's dont they? Gosh, some people are crazy, no matter how good of a buisness you run someone always has sometimg negative to say about it.. I would order from them ANY TIMR

    Actually I have a online store and people can return anything as long as the product was not damaged and returned in original condition we do not charge a restocking fee. It really depends on the company. But if it is not stated that they have a restocking fee clearly then I think it can seam a little dishonest.

    They are the worst store I have ever worked with regardless of in person or online.  I placed my order 3 weeks ago and have been hounding them do find out the status of it... no one can give me an answer.  I have been promised emails and return phone calls and they never have followed through... ever.  They had some girl named Amanda working there who was as incompetent as they come... had no clue how to find out any info for you and would never follow up regardless of how many times you asked or she promised.  I don't think she is employed there any more.  Mo is the gentleman i have been dealing with now and he's at least trying but i think the company as a whole has no clue how to run a business as they won't even give him answers.  When they tell you they are gonna check with shipping... expect a long wait and either no return to the conversation or no answers if they do.  NOONE after 3 weeks and a half a dozen phone calls knows the status of my order... Although their payment processing center works just fine as they have had my money since day one!!!!!   Horrible...  never buy from them EVER!!!!!!!!

    My order was supposed to arrive yesterday and I have been calling for my tracking number for a week now.  This company LIES!  They take a message and say someone will call back but no one ever does.  Yes, they have good prices but do no meet their deadlines.  I was promised 48 fulfillment of the order and 5 days shipping to my door by the owner himself.  This DID NOT happen and now my contractor is waiting and so is my kitchen.  I intend to file a complaint with Paypal.

    This is great example of how the American job market will never recover enough to support a middle class again.  Everybody wants to race to the bottom.  You want the lowest price possible and then complain that there is no customer service to go with it, yet i wouldn't be surprised to learn that you walked in to a local retail plumbing supply store, wasted a salespersons time and then went online to fins it without having to pay tax or shipping.  Do you complain that your streets aren't swept or that your local school district cannot fund itself without a little extra out of your pocket every month...now you know why.  THIS IS OUTSOURCING, WHETHER YOUR JOB GOES TO INDIA OR BROOKLYN.

      Hit that on the  head. i work in retail  plumbing sales, and have found in the last two years the most unreasonable ,useing people possible. Yes, they take all my years of experince, use my showroom,which has displays i have to pay for, then challenge the pricing with what the have found on the internet. People are scumballs, but i believe the real problem lies with the manufactures. The sell the product no matter where you buy it from. Some inforce internet pricing policies, others do not. Deltas letting their faucet sell on the internet for 2-3% profit, but requires me to continue buying displays of  new product...what ever, its all sick, and so am i when i get home every evening.
