DO NOT GAVE THE CALLER ANY INFO AT ALL!  I'm a retired fraud investigator in Ca. My advise is to get "caller ID" and unless you know that person just let the call roll over to your voice mail. If they continue to call get a tape recorder and put the date and time of every call onto that recorder and in Ca. you can sue that company in Small Claims Court and I have seen it done many times.
