I got a call at 2:21 AM. This is absolutely uncalled for. I didn't get to the phone in time to answer as I WAS ASLEEP. When my phone rings that time of the night/morning, the first thing I think of is an emergency. Such as my children or my elderly mom. I will be calling them back and rip them. What the h___ is this company????? I may have another complaint to write about after calling them back.

    Vitelity LLC is some provider of VoIP services, commonly used by fraudulent telemarketers and scammers from overseas.

    Periodic calls with no one there may indicate use of an autodialer, which implies a telemarketing call center of some sort.  

    They have misprogrammed the autodialer to get too far ahead of available telemarketers, which implies what they are "selling" isn't worth not pestering potential customers.  They must have very low sales rates.
