POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

For my 1st time in a ross i did like the prices. I wanted to the whole store :) but my Partner gave me a 300 limit so I had to pick n choose what I wanted. So I go to the back to try on my clothes I decided to try on the pants then the shirts, as I got back to the fitting room the lady was already eyeing me so I know she counted the pants as I counted so the there was to other girls behind me I let them go before me they only had a couple things so she just handed them a tag and let them go didnt ask how many or what so as I got up there I said I have 8 (which is the limit) so was like no I need to count them I was like ok so she goes hum there is 8 I was like yes thats what you saw me count thats what I told you I had so can I have the # so I go back there and what I didnt want i have to her I said im keeping 3 here's 5 she goes ok wheres ur # I said o I left it im getting 8 more things to try on she says ugh no I need that # and I need to count what u brought out I said ok I gave you 5 and and showed you I have 3 thats 8, she goes I need you to go get that #, I said ok i'll get it when I go back to try on more clothes she goes no ur not your gonna go it now so at that moment i was upset I said ok if you want that dam # so bad you go get it.  I told my Partner lets go i'm not going to try on anyhing else lets just leave, my partner tried to calm me down and atleast mirror try-on what I might like,  so i happened to feel eyes on me, as i look up the store manager (Diana) and floor/door greater (Stephan) were watching me and pointing,  okay I didnt have baggy clothes on neither did my partner we didnt have any bags just my wallet and they were watching us like we were stealing. Okay first of all for a store manager she could have came up to us asked how we were if we needed help with anything but yet she's stakling us what kindof customer service is that ive work in customer service for 9 years and never have i treated or been treated this way so i wanted to leave all the clothes and just leave; a Store like this does not desever for me to pay for there employment so my partner said at least get the pants I know you liked them I was like ok and after that were not coming back this is bull crap, so the cashier (kishawn) was nice she apologized, which I think the store manager should have been doing not something your emplyees should be doing for you. I will never be going back to a Ross. Worse experiece ever, I went to have a great time way from home 1st store I went into and it ruined my whole day.
