I have no idea who and what Google play is I have not authorized any of the numerous charges that have been charged to my account...I did not use anything and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

    Contact your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
