Timonthy- Ansley Plaza LA Fitness improper and vulgar

On Sunday, 9/9/12, my boyfriend and I entered the club with the interest of adding or registering my boyfriend for membership. Once seated to discuss, Timothy spent a lot of time chit-chatting about things not at all related to getting a membership...he spent more time talking about personal things that membership things, (a little chit chat is expected but this man ensued in commentary about things one should not discuss with a person who one does not know.) He was very unprofessional and amongst many improper things he mentioned, the most shocking ones were when he brought up how when 9/11 happened, he looked around in his classroom for the one middle eastern kid and noticed he had not shown up to school that day and that he believes that " ...they (the Arabs)..they all were in on it". I decided I needed to get up because I found that comment odd and unnecessary, but when i said I was going to go to the Publix next door he insisted we would be done in 1 minute.

A few moments later he inquired as to our relationship status, how long my boyfriend and I had dated, where we met, how, why and if we lived together. He then mentioned how he lives with his girl and that she "has been wanting to get pregnant but he wasn't doing it that yet" then asked us about our future kids. Once I mentioned we were not planning on any kids,which I did to try to divert from having to talk anymore,  he then went further than I ever expected, and said  things such as "his need to spread his seed", and "will have to get (his girlfriend)  pregnant because he has to spread the seed and so on". He kept on that subject for a long two-three minutes!  I that time, I felt very uncomfortable and fiddled with my phone. I was so insulted at this (and the fact he had dropped a few cuss words that were not anywhere called for in his conversation) He spoke to us like we had grown up with him, when we were to be treated like customers, with professionalism, he failed at all that.  I stood up to get to the door and my boyfriend spoke to the people upfront, who apparently were in no position to take care of this. The were going to ask him to apologize but I was not interested in having to talk with that man ever again. The person upfront gave us a number for the manager. a few moments later, even though I had said I did not want to hear an apology, my phone rang and it was Timothy. I am very upset they had him call me!

It took a lot from me to prevent my boyfriend from canceling altogether. He is still contemplating us cancelling our membership.It would be extremely uncomfortable to attend the gym at this location if this man continues to be employed there.

We called today but I wish to complain on a corporate level and cannot find an email for the corporate offices.
