bad service, car broke down

We picked up car from Orlando airport around 11:30 pm drove couple miles to hotel; next morning headed to Kennedy Space Center on the way there car hard to keep in road and then tire light came on. Returned car and tried to explain to employee problems with car; she didn't want to hear about it and made no notes that car driver tire was going flat and car had other issues.
