how to get my money refunded in this case?

My card was used unauthorisedly by someone with the help of State Bank of India because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud in conaveance with State Bank of India. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to State Bank of India only. My Fraud Amount Rs.349 and Rs.67087/- and Rs.51230/-
