Sewer Damage due to installation

Has anyone had luck getting compensation for damages from Direct TV ?  I just learned that when Direct TV installed their satellite dish poles in my yard they cracked my septic tank and pipe. Now I have sewage running up out of the ground and an expensive bill to get it repaired. How do you find the correct person to contact about this? Should I file a complaint in Small Claims Court? This repair will be in $$$$.  Thanks
