damage to my home and poor and rood customer service reps

I   had  services    hooked up   in my  home  in  the  end  of  October  2013.  the  tech   that  came  to my  home   was  rood  and  did  a  poor  job.  he  drilled   holes  in  the  walls  of  my home  . holes  that  leads t o  the  out  side.  he  drilled these  hole  up  next  to  the  windows  cills    in the   middle  of  my  walls  . instead  of  down  by the  baseboards.    I  called   direct tv  and  made a  complaint  and  filed  a  damage  claim.   they told  me  that  they  would  send  someone  out  to  fix  this.  I  told  them I  did not   want that  same tech  in my  home  again .   then a  few days  later  the  sent   out  the  same   tech .  he  came   to my  hom e with  four  other  men  . he  never  introduced   them to me  or  asked  me  if  he  could  bring  them into my home.  he  was again rood  and  nasty  . he  even when  ahead  and  started  making  nasty  comments.   I again called  direct  tv  and  made  another  complaint    and  then  they sent  out  a  supervisor  name  mike  .  I  showed  him the  damage to  my home  and  told him  about the  tech.  mike  took  pictures  of the   dame  with his  phone  and  told  me  that   I would  be  hearing from  direct  tv  regarding  the  damage  claim.  I was  left  with  holes  in my house  where  you  could  look through them  to  the  outside.   now  this was  in  October.  I  did  not hear  from  them in the  first  few  weeks  of  November .  so  I  called  them again and   they where  rood  and  no help  just  passing  the  buck.  I  ended  up   having t o suffer  with holes   and  cold  air   coming  in my home  and  my heat  going  out  in the  winter. I have  kids  in my home  as  well as  my  elderly and  ill parents.    so  I  had  to  cover them  just   temporarily   for  the  winter  .  as  this  is  still  going  on 7  months  later  and  I  still have  no  answers    and  the  holes  are  still  not  fixed. i  have  had   my services  interuped    .  cause   i  do not  get  my  bills   till  i  get  one  that  says  it  is  past due.  i  explained   this  to  direct  tv  and  got no  where.  then  i try  to  get  an  exstention    on  my  bill  cause  i  get  it  the  day  before   it  is  do and  they  tell me  they  can not  do that  ,  then  to make  thing  even  wores   i  send  them a  money  order  for  my  bill  and  they  turn  me  off.  they tell me as   soon as  it  is  posted   to  my account  they will turn  it  back  on. so even though  i  paid  my  bill  i  have  to suffer  with out  service s.  how  is  this  right.  when you call  direct  tv  all you get  is  rood  customer service   people  that  are  no  help and  they d o  not  want to help.  and  if you want to talk to anyone  over them all you get  is  there supervisore  that  just is as  rood  as they where  and  repeats  the  same thing  .  they treat  there  customers  like  crap. you ask the  supervisor  to speak to  someone  over  them and  they tell  you there is  no  one  over  them  .  there  is  something  wrong  with  direct t v.  how  can  they  run a  company  like  this  .  there  ceo  was   on undercover boss.  well  they  need  to really  do an overhaul  of  there  customer service  department  sand  the techs .  and  fix  the  damage  claim department  too. i will not  recommend  direct tv  to anyone.  direct tv  has  to  remember the  customers  come  first  .  the customer  need  to be  happy and  that  should  be  there  goal  .  also  without  the  customer  they  would  be  out  of  business .
