Within one month the machine started having problem, the water is overflow from the machine, so we complained against it to the servicing centre of chennai. But at the time of selling that he commited that it is an advanced machine and pure clean water will come out even in the rainy season. he had not repaired that. After when we called him he had not received the phone call and when we complained again to the servicing center.
So please Help us if you can.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a RO water filter (Reviva) on 09.02.2010 from Rajdanga Sales Office vide receipt no. 961/ 030899 worth Rs.12055.00, but unfortunately the machine became disturb from 14.03.2010, I was launch a complain through your customer care help line on 15.03.2010 vide request no. 0057413859, but till today the machine is not rectified by your service center or mechanic. It is my question, being a purchaser of a Eureka Forbes RO water filter (Reviva), if a new machine became disturb within your guarantee period, how can I rectify the machine?? Please answer my question.

Now they didn’t care for our suggestion that we should get back ours and remained adamant, never bothering to return.
Should we bring these unfair practices to public scrutiny by writing to newspapers etc or will the company intervene to provide dependable service immediately? I introduced several customers to the company to buy various products and helped arrange years of AMC for our institute. Should I have done it to get cheated ultimately? (The manager of the service center walks around smoking, all the time. Should he be told that smoking is prohibited in public places?)
