Poor service

Will never buy at this outlet again as staff is simply not bothered about customer service as the are extremely slow and can not even greet the customers which is indirectly paying their salaries. In the 15 minutes I waited without my order being taken (Only 3 people in shop) two customers came back with wrong items supplied and one with quality problems. (Gravy in mash & gravy looked like old fish oil!!!

Staff also appeared dirty, very untidy and if not mistaken, enjoying the fact that customers were really unhappy!!
