harrassment for unwanted calls

Card ervices keeps harrasing me on my cell and land phone even though I am on do Not Call list.This is a scam but how do you get them to quit. phone calls from them? #'s were 971-295-9768, 305 202 1132 and 515 421 5843. How can you get them to stop and put them out of business. One person who leaves name is a Mike Jowls but you can not leave messaage.I have told them not to call many times but for the last year I am harrassed
