Hi,
I have a tata photon+ connection which i have started using since less than a month . From the day one i am getting speed like dial-up ( 10-30 kBps). I have complained ( complain no: 253624599 ) for the same. Your Engineer visited and checked, then i got some calls rel;ated to the issue saying that my problem will be solved but, when i asked when they said they cant comit. I live in Andheri (e), Mumbai and i believe thats not a remote place to give service. I am fed Up of your service and give a single good reason why should i pay bill for the month.
