Refund Requested

I (Customer # 8000671) am requesting $129.96... a two month refund. In your intial email for the $4.99 it does not plainly disclose I have signed up for continued product shippments.I was just informed by your tele customer service person, you have hidden the "continued order" in the "Terms & Conditions" of the intial trial order. This does not conform to the rules and regulations under the the Consumer Protection Act.I am requesting that you refund me two (2) months of $64.98 or $129.96 back to my bank account. If I am not refunded the $129.96 within 10 business days, legal action will be taken and my bank will file fraudlent withdrawls against Slim Science and GNC. I did not call you after the first product reciept due to a death in the family. Our family believes what you have done is unfair, especially after the death in the family was from supplement products. Since my Bother-in-Law is an attorney, he will take over this matter. We ask you to consider your legal risk by hiding the additional orders in your conumer unfriendly "terms & conditions", your legal costs to handle this matter and damage to the Slim Science and GNC Brand names. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Sincerely,Victor
