Wanted to lower intrest rates to 0 on my Discover card they have my info on my card

Also they have my ss number and name and address. I thought this was a legit credit card company and now I don't know what to do. I'm filing this complaint. These people need to be stopped.

    Call your REAL card company using the number on the back of your card.
