I intaveraly made a 100 purchase on the 18 of this month I asked for a refund but nothing happened there so I just figured I'd bit the bullet and and pay it how ever I didn't receive all that I was supposed to no coins I did get gem's around 2500 of them when I asked why I was told that it is altomadit however I didn't receive it I asked support some more questions and have been shund no more contact from them I will never buy anything from them again

I complained about purchases that I did not make about a year ago. At the time it was around $250 total. When I talked to someone they apologised and said that if I was to go and buy a Google play card for that amount that they would then put they same amount on and then I could get a refund of all of it. I thought this was fishy and did not do it. I was also told that the purchases were made from a phone in California. I live in Missouri. I let it go. The charges stopped for awhile. This last month however the charges have come back. This last week around $40 worth. I have taken all my cards off my phone and made sure that Google didn't have any of my numbers saved. Still the purchases come. I'm fed up. Nobody has helped.
