i received a call in 2015 from a collection agency saying i owed 45.00 for some  light bulbs. The collection agency never sent a bill or called again untill today now claiming i owe over 200.00 for  an unpaid debt. i told them to send me something in the mail as i wasn't gonna pay them .  so she threatned me with a lawsuit for collection and told me good luck with court cost and bad credit report.

    It's a shakedown scam..
They have lots of similar complaints, including sending stuff people didn't order, or just demanding payment for "orders" that never happened.
File fraud complaints with FTC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and your state Attorney General.

They aren't "suing" anyone, nor are they damaging anyone's credit. Reports claim they aren't even set up as a non-profit charity.
The "collection agency" appears to be the same people running the "handicapped" scam, but since they claim to be a "debt collector", they're subject to FDCPA, so you could sue them if you want, for deceptive and abusive collection.
    Don't pay them a dime.
