I never knew a small software glitch in Microsoft Word could have resulted in such a fracas the other night. But that is what exactly happened while I sat down to prepare an important piece of documentation my boss had asked me to prepare for the annual general meeting which was supposed to take place the next morning. Luckily, not being much of a computer geek I managed to store a list of numbers for the top-notch premier tech support entities. And on top of this list was PCCare247.com and even though I had never ever felt the need for calling up such an organization before, deep in my heart I knew this organization would go on to solve the issue on hand. I don’t know maybe it was just that the name  had a sweet ring to it. So, I ended calling the 24x7 tech support organization and I was very warmly greeted by a techie named Juliet Khan on the other. Girl was this good!! You betcha he was a techno geek and knew all the nitty-gritties about MS Office. And well, as It happened Juliet was instrumental in not only diagnosing the problem on hand but also coming out with an effective solution. He right away knew a crucial update was all that was required to get MS Word running once again. And what to say the lad was right indeed.  The problem was solved right away!!!
