Unauthorized charge on credit card

I noticed a charge from Trend Micro on my Discover card of $62.95. I used them once for security as it came with my new computer from Best Buy. I did not renew this year as I am using other other virus protection.
I contacted them at 1-800-864-6027, & was told that this is an auto-renewal charge. I explained that I did not authorize this renewal & was promised a full refund within 4-6 business days. I will check with my credit card to be sure, but as angry as I am, it seemed easy to resolve.
We'll see.
