The Black & Decker coffee macince. Lid is broken and the craft and a crack in it.

What can I  do to get this machine replaced. I loved that coffee percolator.It was model # CM1650BC. With the crack in the coffee urn and the lid coming of I don't know where to go. With all the zellers closing.I love Black  & Decker and is very disappointed that had happened. With a 2 yr warranty none the less. This was a x-mas gift to us.And means a lot ! If you know of how I can get it replaced, I would me greatly appreciated.   Thank-you
