Dishonest , rigged bidding

Shopgoodwill has become a business of scamming customers out of over prices  shipping and rigged auctions that benefit their friends and colleagues. It has been that way since the year 2000. They prevented me from bidding. And they simply retracted the bids to benefit their own regular business customers.
