KFC Capricorn Square.  Ordered Family Treat. Requested 2 drumsticks for grandchildren to be included.  Firstly, they appeared to be doing me a favour by serving me and on getting home - discovered no drumsticks. 2 wings and the rest was breasts, all dry and overcooked with the batter bordering on being burnt.  Coleslaw was also dry almost no dressing,Nuggets, shrivelled up dry and inedible. Neighbours dogs enjoyed the meal.As pensioners we have take aways once a month as a treat. Unfortunately, the grandchildren wanted Kentucky as they wanted a drumstick, nuggets and coleslaw - imagine the disappointment.

    Your Franchises in Nassau, Bahamas, constantly sell chicken without the right batter; also the chicken is always over-cooked and completely dried. I have complained to the personnel on several occasions but my complaints are ignored. Primarily they definitely do not use KFC BATTER and sell stale over-cooked chicken
