Illegal use of my information

I never ordered this product.  How does a company just buy my information and charge me for products I don't order.  This is illegal to do.  I would like my money returned to my account.  And do not charge me for any products that I did not personally call to order. I will tell my bank to stop all withdraws from companies that are on line scams.  22
