I was changed $225.00 to cancel my Disk Network Service because their equipment had failed and I was no longer able to receive signals.  Their equipment was very unreliable and I would lose signal every time a cloud went over my house.  This was quite frequent and they could not resolve the signal problem.  After a large storm the fragile electronics in the disk finally failed.  They wanted to change me to fix their own equipment that didn't work reliability  in the first place.  I had no choice but to cut my losses to end this frustration and terminate the Dish service.  I'm back to cable TV with 100% better service.  On termination the Dish Network people were very rude and only interested in what's good for their business.  I recommend no one use this service as they are not customer friendly and do not stand behind their equipment.  They lost a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know how I was ripped off by Disk Network.  Save yourself some frustration and stay away from Dish Network.
