2 unauthorized charges of $29.95 each

I opened a e-mail for free credit report, tried it and cancelled immediately as I could not access any credit scores. Now a week later, I get these $29.95 charges. I want them refunded.

    Inever authorized you to take anymoney from my account. Money is not the big thing here it is the illegal way you bums get it. I want this account cancelled immediately or i will turn you into the Attorney General of New York state and of the UNITED STATES and let you play your games with them.

      Immediately contact your bank to dispute unauthorized charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional crammed fraudulent charges.

      Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank, mailed certified, making sure your bank receives it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, to dispute under FRB Reg. E for EFT or debit card charges to your checking account, or under FCBA for credit card charges.

    I cant believe you're getting away with
    Unfortunately I am in the same positon as the rest of these individuals, I have spoken with the company representative Navidawho was not helpful at ALL.  I then spoke with company manager, Keith and was told no refunds can be made.  Though I have cancelled my membership with them, I am still not satisfied with the scam as I read everyones emails I fear the fact of the charges still to be taken out of my account. I am copying all of these emails, and thank goodness I recorded my conversation with the manager, stating as of January 2, 2010 my membership was cancelled.  So before this company even thinks of charging my account again, BBB as well as the Law Enforcement will be notified.

    I never authorized you to take any money from my account. I had no knowledge that you were going to rob me like a thief in the night. You guys will most definitely be turned in to the Attorney General of the state Tennessee.

    samething has happened to me i cancelled this service,i never was able to get my credit score and i too want my money back i have had money taken out 2 times you people suck, this service is a complete scam and i am going to call the better business bureau and this company wont be able to keep scamming people who work hard for their money

    That also happened to me.. Mine is with a Pre-paid debit Card. and when I contacted the Card company they say there is nothing that they can do.. What can I do?

    My credit card was charged 19.95. I did not receive any product nor did I authorize any charge. This is clearly a scam.

    i was charged for a service that i didnt agree to and never recieved. dont give out ur personal info online. unfortunately you cant trust anyone.

    I am trying to find the website that my husband used and got hooked up with these people. He keeps getting charged and I can't figure out how to stop it. If anyone knows the phone number or website that would help a lot!

    when u go on to get ur free credit score, it actualy costs a dollar.But then they automatically sign u up for this monthly service. you have like 7 days to cancel without being charged. i cancelled it on the 6th day and they still took the money on the 7th day. its a scam.

    just called my credit card company who called credit score complete. they are supposed to refund my money in 3 to 5 days. it will be credited to my charge card. lets see if it really happens. it all sounded a little shady to me.

    I was trying to apply for a car loan, and all these windows pop up and to move them out of the to complete your app you click on them,now they chrge my account  19.95,they do not want to give me a refund, but i will talk to the bank    CREDSCORECOMP  223674431 800-316-8750 CTUS     $19.95
