Unauthorized charge

I had a $71.95 charge on my debit card and have no idea who this company is. Thankfully Chase bank cancelled the card and said I would not be charged. I got the feeling the Chase Rep handles complaints from this company on a regular basis. How can they continue to get away with this and how many people don't notice the debit on their account?
