They call almost every day I answer and they stay on the phone for 8-10secs say nothing at all then hang up, I looked up the phone number and found it belongs to Broadwing Communications , have no clue what the point of their 8-10 second calls are but have now blocked them after reading through the info here about them being scammers, thank you all for sharing have just saved me from having a conversation with idiots!
