I was with another debt agency the Debt Answer that closed or went out of business with no warning and just basically left me hanging.  They did refer me however to the Berges Law Group that was going to take over my account.  I already had $800 saved with the Debt Answer.  It was my savings to be used for settling a debt with Capitol One.  I did have 2 more payments to go, which I made to the Berges Law Group totaling $1500.  I only agreed to pay the Berges Law Group $50 a month to manage my account.  Today I checked back with the Berges Law Group, and found out that I no longer have my savings and that my saving was used to pay legal fees.  I never agreed to this!  I feel like the BLG just took my saving, stole it from me and I have no way of getting it back.

    I was with another debt negotiator settlements agency for 30 months that supposed to be all my debts will be settled in three years as they told me.I made payments for 33 months and I never miss any payments and all of a sudden I been referred to Berges Law group and instead of paying the last 3 month installment to settle my account it became 6 months.
    , I thought all the money that I'm paying will go to my Debtor but instead it goes to their service Fee that they haven't done anything for 6 months. They told me I have to continue paying service fees until my debts are resolve.

    I was with another debt negotiator settlement agency for 33 months they told me that my debts will be settled in 3  years that I have to pay $700.00 a month for 36 months ,when I'm almost done with my obligations and only 3 months left they refer me to   Berges Law Group and continue to pay the monthly payment ,instead of 3 months they told me six months. I thought I'm done unfortunately all the money I paid goes to their service fee which for six month they did not do anything, they told me to continue making payments until my debts are resolve.
