2-3 Calls Everyday - I have told them to stop!!

I have asked these people to stop for over 6 months - they are using a local number so when I call them back its a consumer's line and they have no idea what I'm talking about. Today, I pretended to be interested to gather info:

    I get calls for Health Insurance, Student Loans, Tech Support, and Investment Opportunties.  All are from numbers owned by Broadwing Communications.  I have decided to start calling the registered agent for them in my state for each and every call.  The registered agent in Missouri for Broadwing Communications is CT Corporation System in Clayton, MO.  https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Common/CorrespondenceI ... 83483&version=1 The agents name is Kristen Bolden and the number is 314-863-5545.  I would encourage you to contact them and complain.
