I allowed card services to reduce my rates in January and everything seems to be going fine and yes the did reduce my rates besides the fact that they still call and they already gave me the help I needed!!!!!

    The above comment is most likley from a shill.
    The robo-calls are illegal, PERIOD.
    Want more illegal offences-
    Many of these scammers are not even Surety Bonded in the States they robo-rachel call.
