Calls 5 times a day, a few different numbers show up on caller id. I reported to FCC, but if u see they are calling, I pick up and hold a number down for 30 seconds and hang up, seems to have stopped them for over a week!

    They are running a fraudulent "business directory" shakedown racket.

    They are trying to record something they can fraudulently claim is an "agreement" to attempt to extort about $800 out of you.  This type of scam often doctors or edits the recordings.

    Bunch of scammers, probably based in Canada, although they might be using an Indian or Pakistani call center.  They also work with a shady NJ debt collector.

    If they threaten you, file fraud complaints with FTC, and your state AG, and tell them you have done so..
    If you receive a fraudulent invoice, also file a mail fraud complaint with the U. S. Postal Inspector.
