Deficient service and non payment of Damages

The team in Bangalore, Shetij, Suresh Kumar, Manoj and manmohan are the worst team to interact with. Initially they could not confirm where the consignment was, then all the problems started with delayed delivery, no supervision during offloading, no one came to visit and check the damages, until after 15 days of following up and complaining.Then they come take the bills for the damages and stop answering phone calls and responding to emails sent to the headoffice, helpline, bangalore office etc.... It is going to be a month now and no resolution and neither have i got paid for the damages. neither have they responded to email's or calls.
Please ensure the Quality of service and the fraudulent nature of this company is published and as many people get to know of this so others do not have to go through this harrowing experience and can use other packers and movers. Especially if you are getting something delivered to Bangalore or moving from Bangalore. From the executive to the Branch head.... no one does anything other than giving false promises and refusing to pay up for the damages
