I am complaining against NuBodi for charging $89.31 to my bank account without my authorization.Somebody has to do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was also billed $89.31 after ordering the free sample. I intend to file a complaint with my cc company.

    Immediately dispute it with your bank, and close that account to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Make sure to also send your dispute to your bank IN WRITING.  You might also request and send in a fraud affidavit.

    You might file complaints with FTC, Nevada AG, your state AG, and BBB.

    This company has a long history of similar behavior.  In fact, "health products" appears to be a popular cover for many current scams.

    I wish I had known about this web site before hand.  Also a victim of NuBodi or ColonCure.  I called within the 14 day trial peroid and cancelled very nice lady gave me a cancellation code and told me my account would NOT be charged.  On the very same day I was hit w/ 89.31 out of my account.  Called and disputed the charges with them and was told the money would be back in my account within 2-4 days.  I asked to speak w/ a manager and was placed on hold....that's when I thought I'd do some research and found this website.  I am not happy and will spread the message.  EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE AWARE!

    I have the same complaint about COLON Cure.  Saw the add on the internet. Received the $3.95 sample,and called my doctor to see if I should take this product. She negated it.Next, I saw I was being charged not only for the $3.95 but for $87.31 from NUBODY, charged to my credit card. Tried to call the number 801-208-7485..several times to no avail.I called my credit card holder.They want me to send them DETAILED informations before they cancel my charge.What do you suggest what's to be done next?     I am also a victim of Nubodi. I found a charge on my account for $89.31 that I did not authorize. I called the company to dispute the charge and was told it was too late, that they shipped something to me and they do not give refunds. I am very upset over this and had to cancel my card in order to prevent future unauthorized charges. Be wary of "so-called free offers."

    I too have just been charged by this company for the $89.31 and also an additional $50 in NSF charges by my bank.  I will be going to my bank later today to see what I can do with them.  I have been on hold with this company for 10 minutes now and am still waiting to actually hear a human voice rather than a machine.  This company should be put out of business immediately by the Federal Government.  I am a senior citizen and cannot afford this sort of financial impropriety with my funds.  
    When I ordered the sample, I made sure that the girl I spoke with made a note that I did not want any further charges made to my bank account.  Obviously it didn't do any good at all.  To say I am unhappy would be a tremendous understatement at the very least.

    They got me too. I knew nothing about a monthly charge. I went back on their website and found it under "Terms" at the bottom of the page. I have been trying to call them for days and cannot get through. I just filed an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau at https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx. PLEASE do the same, maybe if we all complain, we can get our situations resolved!

    I was also charged the 89.31 out of my account. I paid the charge for the trial sample, now I got charged the 89.31!!
