I received a card from this company that my warranty ahs expired.
I called the number on the card and provided even my vehicle vin number to them. They told me that warranty has expired on my CAR where as I still have warranty on my CAR. They asked me question like if I bought new CAR or from another user. And thry said this is my only chance to extend warranty, if I dont do this at the end of the call, then I cant get this chance again to extend my warranty.

Is there a way that I can file a complaint against this company/phoen number, so others are not trapped by these folks

"They told me that warranty has expired on my CAR"
As you already know, that was false.  They have no idea whether your warranty has expired, or even whether you own a car.

"And thry said this is my only chance to extend warranty, if I dont do this at the end of the call, then I cant get this chance again to extend my warranty."
Then they shouldn't be contacting you ever again.

They appear to be based in Missouri.

Contact the Missouri Attorney General to report any deceptive practices by companies in his state.

The Missouri Attorney General sued severel "Auto Warranty" scammers based in that state, reaching settlements with them.  This may be a company already sued, or even settled with, in which case continued deceptive practices might be a violation of a consent agreement.  It might also be a new company, or one of the companies already settled with under a new name, in either case the Missouri AG will likely be interested.

I received a postcard from Dealership Warranties @ 12131 Dorsett Rd., #106, Maryland Heights, Mo. 63043.  I have no vehicle that fits into this category, since my vehicles are over 7 years of age.  I do not want, nor have I ever requested an extension to any of the warranties on any vehicle I have ever owned.  Please, remove my name from the list of people on this mailing list.

Here is one way to fight back. Call their 800 number from a land line (not your cell unless you have unlimited minutes!). Turn on your television, preferably to a sleazy shopping network, set your phone on speaker phone in front of the TV and leave it for as long as their computer will allow you to record a message. Repeat as necessary. I have cost them several hours of long distance charges and will continue until I feel better. FYI, for Automotive Warrantee Solutions of Boca Raton FL, the number is 800-376-5644.
I have also treated them to several hours of Sunday morning religious programming.

I just came across this website when I received my notice from Dealership Warranties. How many people go on line every time and write some thing good about a company? Usually not that many. Even the fortune 500 companies don't even get that response on line. If they do it's for marketing reasons. It's a shame that websites like this give companies a bad name. What people should do is talk to their dealerships and ask questions to the company before buying something. 3/4 of the people on here probably bought the warranty with out asking questions or understanding what they are buying. I'm not saying that this is a good or bad company, but people need to do resource before buying anything. I have be in the telemarketing business for 22 years and know that customers think one and get another because they just assume what they are buying. It's understandable because they aren't sitting their looking at the product or contract. They don't ask questions. Keep that in mind when you buy anything. I'm going to call them and see what they have to offer because I'm interested. I know that I don't have to buy what they offer me, but will ask questions before I buy.

    This was not the company
I looked at your link and they were never sued by anyone. If you do your research you will see that this is a good company to deal with.
