I have had the worst experience with A and E factory repair service.  They failed to show up for two repair appointments after I had to take off work for the appointments and confirmed the appointments over the phone.  The worst part is that their company does not care and my washer is still not fixed.  I purchased a whirlpool duet washer about a year ago the unit was expensive front loader, whirlpool is covering the repair and service however I have not had my washer in working order for more than a month.  (if your front load washer breaks, your clothes are trapped inside the machine!). A and E is the worst repair service I have ever called or used.

    sometimes if you're scheduled for a time window, and you step out for a minute, the tech may call and not get a hold of you on the phone, or even knock at your door when you're not there. unfortunately, that gives the tech a green light to move on. TRY CHECKING YOUR DRAIN PUMP FOR YOUR WASHER. OFTEN ITEMS GET STUCK IN THERE. YOU CAN DO THIS BY FIRST LEANING THE WASHER BACK AGAINST THE WALL AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE (ON YOUR MODEL ONLY) THE TOE PANEL IS REMOVABLE 3 SMALL SCREWS ON THE BOTTOM (SOMETIMES ONLY 2 IF YOU'VE HAD A PREVIOUS SERVICE APPOINTMENT)AND IT SHOULD COME RIGHT OFF. ONCE THATS OFF YOU'LL BE LOOKING RIGHT AT THE PUMP HOUSING. (ITS WHITE PLASTIC AND HAS A LITTLE HANDLE TO TURN.) UNSCREW THAT LITTLE HANDLE AND CLEAN IT VERY WELL.   P.S. HAVE A FEW BATH TOWELS NEAR BY, YOU WILL HAVE SPILLAGE

    I had A and E repair service here today to fix my dishwasher and I am very satisfied with the service.  Ron gave us good service and we thank him again.  Most people have complaints about the service, but we were very satisfied.  Thanks again Ron for a job well done.  KMH

    `A and E service is pathetic....my t.v. has been broken for over 40 days. the tech they sent out, had to call to find out how to trace an electrical circuit! Unbelieveable...then, 2 appointments were missed, no phone calls, nothing, i called the service tech after both missed appointments.....the first time, he said i was not scheduled, even though i had 5 robo-calls to confirm my appointment that day and one call from A &E stating that the parts were not delivered yet...the second time, guess what, my service tech has been transferred from Omaha to Des Moines, just got off the phone with him...have been on hold on A&E's 800 number for about  45 minutes now, trying to get a supervisor since Maria, the lady that answered the phone only speaks English as a second language......i was able to get Maria to tell me that I am now scheduled for June 6th......these people suck....this is the worst experience i have ever had.....i am calling the warranty company and asking them to send another repair company out....

    When scheduling the initial appointment to repair our refrigerator,  I expressed concern about a time frame because of an upcoming party. All seemed good, the  initial visit was set. The tech arrived and diagnosed the problem and announced he was going on vacation and would not be back until after the date of the party. The needed part arrived in plenty of time to be installed before the party so I called and set an appointment with another tech. All seemed as though it would still work out. I called 2 days before to confirm the new appointment only to find there was no record of the appointment and I was stuck with the later time (after the party date). The phone voice would not acknowledge my prior appointment or even my call. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 51 minutes at which time the call was dropped. If you are looking for personal service and reliability,  this is NOT the service company for you! Keep looking.
