Will I see I can the only person complaining about your bad represatation on the grant. It never said in 24 hours my account will be debit 57.51 I want my money back and I will be placing more complaint to channel 12news and 311 in New York state. user5222383

    In this hard time we still have company stealing from poor people went will this. I am unemploy and a mother no job it is very hard to throw away money that I done have it is so not fare. I will place an complaint with 311 New York and inform channel 12 news so they can inform the media about this SCAMS.I have just inform the New York city Attorney-General Office about this.

    This is a charge cramming scam.

    Contact your bank or credit card company immediately to dispute the fraudulent transaction, and block the card number to prevent additional fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank.  

    Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E (for checking account debit card or other EFT), or under FCBA (for credit cards).

    Watch your next few statements carefully, to make sure they don't roll this "automatic charge" over to your new card number.

    File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
