Scam

I just received a call which my caller ID showed as Chase Card Services (calling from 800-945-2000.)  It was a recorded message stating that this is the 3rd time they have tried to contact me about lowering the interest rate on my credit card, and that I would no longer be eligible if I did not respond today.  It then said to dial 1 if I was interested.  I hung up and then tried calling that number and was surprised to see that it truly was the number for Chase Card Services.  The representative I spoke to said that Chase absolutely does not call customers about lowering interest rates, and that the call was "spoofed".  She said that they get complaints like this all the time.  It amazes me that these spoofers can not only spoof the phone number, but the name as well!  The FCC has GOT to do something about this.
