On August 5th , 2013 I won an eBay auction for $4288.00 from ebayer SpawnPointGamersLounge. It was a prepaid auction for 9 playstation 4's which were supposed to be delivered on Nov. 20th. Since I contacted him on nov. 20th I have gotten nothing but the run around. After reading his emails he basically took my money and used it for his company and then when he got PS4's in he sold them to other people bc they were worth more ($600) bc they were in high demand. I sent him back the receipt for the refund and as of today Jan. 8th still nothing.
Today I called him and asked him what is going on and not only did he sound drugged up and incoherent he also told me he had been on vacation and knew nothing about my overnight mail that asked for a refund.
The bottom line is this guy is a complete liar and ripoff. I want to post all the emails to show everyone what I had to go through with this knucklehead. He is thee worst avoid at all costs

Basically, we told eBay about the threats and we decided it was best to just have them refund him and we'd pay eBay as our go-between. He then sent us an email on Jan 10 stating that eBay had indeed refunded him and we thought everything was concluded. We suspect he is bored and trolling us because he's angry that his plan to sell PS4's before Christmas did not come to fruition. The FBI has warned us not to do business with him in the future because he owns a company in California called "The Marijuana Times"

All anyone cares about is did you rob me and you admit you did and you never paid me back. "Offered refunds" is not a refund.

Any normal person who owned this business would pay the money back and try to solve the issue. Your company won't because you cashed the cashiers check the next day after receiving it and have been spending it on your "vacations" bc every time I call them they antagonize me by saying our store was closed we were on vacation.
Also what kind of video game store closes over Christmas and thanksgiving break the two busiest times of the year? Nick fury and michael miller say this to me in emails and this is part of the reason why I get so angry.
I have decided to make this site my personal blog space for this issue. I will always update and let everyone know of the continued treatment by these despicable people
See, here's the thing. Ebay doesn't let you screw someone over. Their reputation, and in the end, their business is on the line. If something like what is being described happened, there would be a great deal of goings-on going on with angry calls from legal teams and statements taken and so on and so forth.
But that's not what happened. So that stuff isn't happening. The wonderful thing about cyber communications through a website like ebay is that conversations had there are well documented. I'd like to see how much further our unhappy ebay friend would like to take his beef about not being able to scalp the PS4s he wanted to buy if he knew that every word he typed to Spawn Point's owner can be used in court against him.

Anyways I called this number and left about 20 messages. Never got a callback, that's bc Michael Miller is writing me claiming to be in contact with the FBI. Please have them call me so I can tell them how you robbed me of $4288.48
He has none, I guess it's time to make up some fake accounts and start writing.
