i submitted a complaint almost a week ago and still have not received my refund. it took no time at all to take my money, but it is taking forever to return it. Whats up with that?

    this company is a scam they told me i would be charged 2.97 for the site fine but the folowing day they charged me 57.61 dollars never telling me this when i called they said there was a 24 hour trial period and i did not cancell in time  i was never told about this nor about aditional charges it a big scam
