I too have been charged by Dri Trend Micro $71.95. They get your credit card number for the first charge and then they think they can bill you again the following year without my authorization even though I told them I did not want to renew and did not down load the software.
I contacted my credit card company Citibank and after two months of continuous paperwork back and forth Dri Micro fought the charge knowing full well I never downloaded the software, Citibank put the charge back on my account and told me to contact Dri Trend Micro directly. Thanks to Citibank I am stuck with the charge as Dri Trend has not credited my account either after numerous attempts. Great credit card company I have!
