LA Fitness Houston makes it as difficult as possible to cancel the membership.
No way to cancel online.
No way to cancel by phone.
Must fill out a pdf and scan & fax?
who even has a fax machine?
Suggested that everyone who cancels goes into the physical location to fill out form and cancel.
This policy is a SCAM to stretch out as many as their overpriced monthly payments as possible.
If they can get an average of 2 additional payments from everyone that cancels, there is no incentive for them to change the policy.
