It took the company five visits to take care of a minor problem with my KitchenAid double wall oven. It all started with ordering the part for a broken spring for the microwave oven door. Then, the other four guys were trying to fix the problem using the wrong part! The fifth visit was to a screw that came loose from the door due to the use of a wrong screw by the fourth guy. Bad, bad service!
