Rented a car at BWI Alamo location in MD.  Drove it straight to an Enterprise location to drop it off.  I stopped only for gas so the car was never out of my presence over the 4 hour rental.  Nobody inspected the car upon pickup or dropoff.

2 weeks later I received a letter from the Damage recovery unit of Enterprise / Alamo / National asking for my car insurance and/or credit card information to put in a claim for "damage"  They gave absolutely no idea about the scope of the damage at all.

I have contacted them several times to no avail.  They acknowledge I have requested info but are conducting an "investigation" which i find strange since they are claiming damage and are blaming me.

Google this activity from Enterprise or their subsidiaries and you will see hundreds of the same exact issue.  This is a scam from a the largest rental car company.  I cannot believe they openly commit fraud and haven't been exposed yet.
