scam

got a call said i won 2.5 million and a new white cadillac just need to send 99 dollars to a peron in los angeles C.A. then my prize would be sent to me as they were alredy in my city waiting for the ok to deliver. i called pch and reported this incident as well as the two names i was given. I hope they get caught
