10/6/11 Ordered 1 30-day WEN product supply online; charged $29.95 on 10/6/11. I was dissatisfied with product, so chose not to re-order. Received another shipment & called (800) 964-1892 ~11/15/11 to cancel account. Returned shipment & was credited $29.95 on 11/17/11 for unauthorized shipment. On 2/9/12 saw on my online credit card statement that I was charged $37.94 on 2/7/12. Called 2/9/12 at 11:59 AM again for explanation of unauthorized 2/7/12 charge. Account Specialist Sandy told it was another shipment of product even though I had cancelled ~11/15/12. Sandy told me she would cancel my account again, credit my account $37.94, told me to refuse shipment when I received it, and said she would send me a letter of cancellation in the mail. My account was credited $37.94 on 2/11/12. When I received product I refused it. I have never received account cancellation documentation. I want evidence this time that my account was cancelled so I won't be charged anymore, received any more product that I have to return, or have any account with this company.

Even though "cramming" originally referred to unauthorized charges to phone bills, the principal is the same and can be applied to any account a scammer has enough information to charge against. They basically keep taking money, then put barriers in the way of cancelling or getting your money back until the bank dispute periods have passed.
Whenever you are dealing with a merchant making unauthorized charges, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraud. Follow up with your bank dispute by sending a fraud affidavit to your bank's fraud department.
If you leave open their access to your money, these scammers will just wait and try again when you are not on your guard, even if you originally got the charges to cease. The numerous similar complaints indicate this is their intentional business model.
