They have a history of contacting the wrong person and ignoring requests to stop calling.  Their report on the BBB Web site makes for very interesting reading.

Send them a cease-communication letter.  Include your phone number and explain that the individual they are looking for cannot be reached by calling you.  Send your letter, certified, return requested.  Once they receive it, they are required by federal law to stop calling you.  Send a copy of your letter to your state's Attorney General.  Send a copy to the Minnesota Attorney General as well.  If they don't stop calling, hire an attorney and sue them.

    Send your letter to:

BBB report.  They are accredited, and rated "A".

They appear to respond to BBB complaints, yet their employees still engage in the usual CA BS that produces them.

They make multiple phone calls to family members. Once they reached me they were agressive, rude, relentless and threatening behavior. Asking me to borrow money from friends or family. They are a 3rd party collection agency who threatens compounding dept even if you can make a small monthly payment. Once he took my banking information he then threatened me to escalate the account as I was asking questions regarding the arrangment twelling me I was interupting him in actuallity he was interupting me. This is a scam with one person LW trying to to bambuzzle people out of money far greater than what they really owe.

Debt collector. Do not answer the call. Put this number on your phone block list.

This company called me and several other family members looking for another family member with the last name. They refused to identify themselves as a debt collector when asked what the nature of their business was. They lied and said my family member listed me as her contact. A man named Dan Gunther identified himself as the Vice President of the company. He was very rude and basically said they would call me whenever they wanted until I gave them my family members information, even though I requested several times to not be called again and to be taken off their list, nor were they to call anyone with our last name. He laughed and said they can do anything they want. When confronted by information from their website identifying themselves as a debt collector, I was told not to look them up anymore, that I couldn't believe what I read on the internet. I work for debt collecting attorneys and know their practices violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. This company needs to be put out of business.

I have received 11 phone calls to my tracfone which has a 505 area code (New Mexico). The calls from Frontline also show 505 area code. They did not identify themselves as a debt collector but claim to be trying to reach Mike Jones. Since I told them I have had my phone number for years and there is no Mike Jones at the number, I have gotten 3 more calls. Unethical company, for sure.

Send them a certified - receipt requested "not me" letter.  Then - if they continue, contact an attorney.  Just keep track of the calls.
