This man has been trying to rob my 85 year old grandmother blind for 2 years now. The Id shows Jim Kingston and the number is 876-576-3271 This man deserves to rot behind bars for what he's doing to people!!

    the caller ID read JM KINGSTON,       what it means is the call is from kingston, jamaica (which the area code is from too), and he just uses the name 'jim kingston' because he thinks people are stupid and dont know what kingston, JM is.

      This man called me today trying to get money from me.  I was scammed once and am still trying to recoup.  I will never get caught again. Had a real nice police man talk to me.

    This guy has scammed my mother out of over $25,000.  We changed her phone number, took away cell phone and disconnected the internet and within 2 months they found her new number and started calling her multiple times a day. Finally got calls stopped by hiding a phone call blocker machine on her phone.  I want to get these guys!!!  She has early dementia and just can’t sfop!

      We are dealing with the same thing with my 85 year old sister in law. Would like to know more about the phone call blocker.

    I usually do not answer Jim Kingstom calls from 8763036312. he called 3 times today.I answered told him there was no package for me from UPS and if he continued I was going tofile a complaint.

    This scammer has taken my Dad for thousands.  We don't know how much exactly, as it still continues.  It's at least $20,000.

    Jim Kingston, the caller ID said, but he told me he was Terry Anderson. He told me he worked for Publ. Clear. Hse. I suspected it was a scam. I just listened until he transferred me to James King to collect taxes and fees from me to pay before I could collect me prize.  I just laughed and hung up.  He kept calling me back, but I blocked his call.  I feel sorry for the people that have been fooled by this guy.  He needs to be behind bars and so does his partner.

      As Lee said in the comment above, the ID actually read "JM Kingston" = JM stands for Jamaica.

      I also received a call today from "Jim Kingston" with caller ID showing 876-372-8933.  He sounded MENTALLY CHALLENGED and I could barely understand what he was saying but I finally understood he said he was with Publisher's Clearing House.  I told him he was a big fat liar and not to call me again.  Publishers Clearing House wants this info sent to them as they want to stop the scammers as much as we want them stopped.

        I received a call today from this man the number on caller id was 876-530-5700 claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House. I listened and then he put another person on the line and he said I needed to pay $350.00 in taxes on the $18 million and an new Mercedes. After he told me I  need to pay the taxes first before they delivered the prize I told him I did not have that kind of money and he told me he needed to contact the IRS to find out what can be done and that he would call me back. After we hung up I decided to find out if he was real and pulled up his name.  I agree that this person needs to be stopped.

    This man called my mother yesterday, March 17, 2018. The phone number 876-873-0910. Persistent to speak with my mom like he was an old friend. After I asked who he was he asked well who are you.   I knew there was something fishy about this. I googled his name and found this website. Thank you for putting this out there.

    This man claims to work for PCH , has called my mom for a week now saying she won the PCH an they are bringing her a check for 2 million dollars, I began to question it when he called her on Saturday night, She has caller ID so I called the number back within 5 mins. he called back , when I got on the phone with him , I ask him several times "Do you work for PCH he replied Yes , I told him I have talked to them an they do not have a David working with them he got very rude with me saying , so you don't want your mom to have her prize , I said yes but in a legal way, after a few words exchanged, he hung up on me, after reading the comments , so glad someone has this, cause all I done was type in Jim Kingston an this come up , so he has not got any money from my mom yet , but I will make sure he don't , Thanks

      I know someone he just scammed last week, he tried calling her today, I hung up on him, she is ,90 yrs. Old and will not stop calling her, made 2 police reports, and he still won't stop.  I'm concerned he will call when I'm not there & he will get more money out of her, cops said they blocked his number but he called today.... Worrisome this cannot be stopped & been going on so long, the name he used last week is james Carter from Kingston, Jamaica. .

    2nd call today all it consisted of is horrible static, very loud.
    3rd call today I clicked phone on and off real fast.
    4th call today I did no. 3 again.
    Sick of this bs.  Why can't something be done?

    I guess I was the big winner! My prize was 7 million!  I asked for supervisor  (Micheal Collins ). He of course was in a meeting.  My JM Kingston worked at the Better Business Bureau who worked closely with Publishers Clearing House . I  apparently didn't respond to 10 notices. Wait he's calling again right now! And again. That's 5 times so far today! I'm not even done typing this! Please, Please don't fall for this!!!!  876-773-9476  SCAM
