Rogers changed the student contract to family without my consent and demanded I pay for the additional fees. When I did not, they put the account in collections. When I told their solicitor, they told me to pay I am wasting their time. According to the contract, I may not be able to sue Rogers but I might be able to sue their collector.

    I am in a similar situation, and I am initiating a Class Action suit against Rogers, its CEO Nadir Mohamed and David Peterson, a member of Rogers Board of Directors.I would like to hear from everyone who has ever (1) cancelled their contract with Rogers only to find out later that the contract was not in fact cancelled or (2) had their contract extended even though they had not agreed to an extension. I am also filing a complaint against Rogers with the CRTC Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services, asserting that the customer services provided by Rogers are unethical and possibly illegal. I invite everyone who believes they have a legitimate complaint against Rogers to contact me through this website. Please post your stories.
